1. Return Eligibility

At Wkersiy, customer satisfaction is our priority. You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive your item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process your return.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Inspection: Once your return is received at our German warehouse and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 hours.

Refund: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. It typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
